Important Notice – Customers of the Turin Crucifix have remarked on its awe-inspiring depiction. Its many distinctive features are unique in that they are based not on an artist’s interpretation, but on the detailed information we possess from the Relics of Christ’s Passion. One of these features is that the Titulus (the Inscription above Our Lord’s Head) has reversed letters, and that these appear to be a mistake. The Relic of the Titulus does in fact have all three languages in reverse (right to left) script. Because the Relic is this way, the Turin Crucifix is this way. The Titulus Relic was hidden to avoid its capture and desecration by vandals. Its rediscovery in 1492 caused quite a stir and led artists of the time to create crucifixion artwork having the reverse script discovered in the Relic. The very first artist believed to have done so was the teenage Michelangelo!
The reverse script used on the Relic of the Titulus is evidence of its authenticity. The intended audience was used to reading in this fashion. The Titulus was made for this audience in mind. It is quite unlikely that a forger would have known this detail.

After over two years of research and design, the Turin Crucifix is now available!
The much-anticipated offering of the Turin Crucifix is the culmination of Select Artists working in collaboration from the United States, Brazil, Great Britain, Romania and Iran. Their creation is a majestic and stunning depiction based on the most accurate descriptions and details from five Relics of Christ’s Passion. This exquisite Artwork is presented in a high-poly, two-part epoxy resin material. Each piece is individually hand-painted.
The design process of the Turin Crucifix is described in a hardbound book, complete with photos, illustrations, figures, tables and appendices. Insights from Saints and Mystics as well as recent archeological discoveries are also presented in the book. Detailed within the book’s pages are the Relics of Christ’s Cross, Crown of Thorns, Titulus (Inscription), Nails and Shroud of Turin.
