* His Eminence Raymond Leo Cardinal Burke owns a Turin Crucifix and has offered the following kind words about it:
“It gives me great joy to commend to the faithful the Turin Crucifix, a striking representation of Our Lord’s Passion and Death….
This particular depiction, drawing upon details from the Holy Shroud of Turin and other venerable relics of the Passion, invites deeper meditation upon the sufferings of Our Lord and the price of our sins. Its careful attention to the Wounds of Christ and to the Instruments of the Passion serves to foster in the heart a greater love for Our Savior and gratitude for His unfathomable mercy.”

Important Notice – Customers of the Turin Crucifix have remarked on its awe-inspiring depiction. Its many distinctive features are unique in that they are based not on an artist’s interpretation, but on the detailed information we possess from the Relics of Christ’s Passion. One such feature is the Titulus (the Inscription above Our Lord’s Head) having reversed letters which appear to be a mistake. The Relic of the Titulus does in fact have all three languages in reverse (right to left) script. Because the Relic is this way, the Turin Crucifix is this way. The Titulus Relic was hidden to avoid its capture and desecration by vandals. Its rediscovery in 1492 caused quite a stir and led artists of the time to create crucifixion artwork having the reverse script discovered in the Relic. The very first artist believed to have done so was the teenage Michelangelo!
The reverse script used on the Relic of the Titulus is evidence of its authenticity. The intended audience was used to reading in this fashion. The Titulus was made for this audience in mind. It is quite unlikely that a forger would have known this detail.

This detail about the Titulus is just one of the many unique features of the Turin Crucifix contained in the book (2025 Winner – CMA Book Awards) which describes its creation. Read how this never before attempted combination of the Relics of Christ’s Passion, revelations to mystics and saints, and recent archeological discoveries were brought together to create the most accurate crucifix of its kind. Purchase this book and learn how they were all made part of the Turin Crucifix:
- The image of the Shroud’s Holy Face now on the Corpus of the Crucifix
- The Shroud indicates three nails and not four.
- The left foot placed over the right foot
- The number, geometry and way in which the Nails were used, passing through the palms of the hands and exiting in the wrists (following Dr. Zugibe’s analysis, detailed at his website.)
- The nature and location of the wounds, due to the Flagellation, Crown of Thorns, Falls, Nails, and Lance which are shown on the Holy Shroud of Turin
- The Nails protruding through the back of the Cross
- The nature of the Crown of Thorns and the wounds it caused. Evidence from the Shroud, the Sudarium and the Relic of the Crown of Thorns indicate a circular Crown, and not a helmet of thorns.
- Possible exit wounds for the Crown of Thorns and the Lance
- The size, shape, weight and type of wood of the True Cross
- The type of wood and the engraved, painted letters of the Titulus as well as its size and shape
- Instruments of the Passion – the Hammer, Pliers and Dice.
- The number and configuration of the Dice used in casting lots for Our Lord’s seamless robe
- Details of how Our Lady stopped the soldiers from breaking her Son’s legs
- The significance of Adam’s skull at Golgotha
